Please review your order details carefully before placing an order or approving an order confirmation. Because sheds, carports, and related products may be configured or ordered for a customer's project, we cannot accept returned products or offer refunds for a change of mind, a change in plans, or a selection that does not meet your needs.

This policy applies to products purchased from Freedom Sheds & Carports, including standard and made-to-order products, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.

Order details and customer approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable order documents and confirming the product configuration, dimensions, color, options, site and access details, and other specifications before approving an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an order confirmation contains an error. Any requested change or cancellation is subject to the terms of the applicable sales agreement, the status of the order, and applicable law; a change or cancellation is not guaranteed.

Delivery, installation, damage, or order concerns

If your product appears damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the written order, contact Freedom Sheds & Carports promptly. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available. We will review the concern and discuss any remedy available under the applicable sales agreement and law. This process does not create a general right to return a product or receive a refund.Legal rightsNothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
