Rental Connex Boxes may not be moved from the location on file at Freedom Sheds & Carports.
Rental Connex Boxes cannot be painted, no holes, no major modifications. (We will sell you one if you want to do this)
All Containers remain the property of Freedom Sheds & Carports and cannot be represented in any other way.
If payments are not made the assigned Connex Box will be picked up from your location.
For each day late there will be an additional $10 added to the payment.
After 7 days the container will be picked up and items inside will be discarded without any prior notice
If it is necessary to retrieve the Connex Box for non payment,
1. By signing this agreement you allow Freedom Sheds & Carports or their representative access to any property where our Connex Box is located.
2. Fencing and or connected structures will be removed as necessary to access our Connex Box for removal
In the case of damage to the container, the renter pays for the repairs at Freedom Sheds & Carports discretion.
In case of lost or stolen containers the renter is responsible for the retail cost of the container plus any storage or late fees assessed.
